Welcome to Keep Flexin Fit. 

I have been helping others get into the best shape of their lives for over 15 years now. Prior to that I was living a very unhealthy lifestyle and was headed down a road of health problems and medical concerns. With a family history of multiple health issues, I finally made the decision to  focus on a healthier lifestyle. At my heaviest I was over 360 pounds. I finally took control of my life. While I will admit I am far from perfect, I constantly struggle with reverting back to my old eating habits at times of stress. But, I have found that with my coaching programs it allows me to build relationships with those who struggle with weight as I have. This holds me accountable and I find motivation in my clients success. Along with weight loss programs I also offer some muscle building plans. One of my biggest accomplishments after finding my passion for fitness was competing in 3 body building competitions. While I was far from an amazing body builder my results of my transformation and the experience were. I have also coached more than 20 athletes in the NPC, with many top 5 placings and few overall champions. One of my most exciting moments was coaching a good friend of mine to his Pro Card in the SNBF a Natural Body Building League.  My primary focus is the weight loss programs. I have worked with many clients losing anywhere from 20 to 120 pounds.  Keep Flexin is a phrase I have been using for years to help motivate myself and my clients. No matter what life throws at you, I want you to Keep Flexin. It means never give up, never quit and keep going.
