Online Coaching Programs

Our Online Coaching Programs are a great way to work toward your fitness goals with proper coaching and an individualized plan of action. Each program starts with an initial consultation to discuss current fitness level/way of eating, physical abilities/limitations and goals. During this consultation we will work together and decide on a program that best fits the clients needs, goals and budget. 

 

Weight Loss, Lifestyle and Strength Programs include:

-An app where workouts are delivered and logged. 

-Weekly check ins 

-Individualized strength and cardio workouts

-Customized nutrition plan 

-Unlimited access to coach by email and messenger feature on app

-New Feature (weekly or biweekly phone check ins)

-Adjustments to workouts, cardio and nutrition as needed

All Programs are month to month plans and can purchased in 3,6 or 12 month paid in full options for a little savings and more commitment.

Nutrition Only Programs are a 3 month Paid in Full to start and then month to month after.

Weight Loss and Lifestyle Coaching

This program consist of nutritional, fitness and lifestyle coaching. Our primary focus is based on "The HEED" Method or Healthy Eating Everyday. We will help you develop healthy daily habits over several weeks. Nutrition plans can also be macro and meal plan based.

The Keep Flexin Strength Training  Programs will be customized based on your current fitness level and goals. Your program will evolve as you progress week after week.

Keep Flexin Nutrition Only Plans are designed to help the client understand what is needed nutritionally to help reach their goals. We can set up macros, design custom meal plans, shopping lists and much more.

Contest Prep
$225 Monthly

Keep Flexin Contest Prep 

This program is for anyone ready to challenge themselves by stepping on the competitive bodybuilding stage, get ready for a photo shoot or that special event. This can be a 12, 16 or 26 week plan depending on your current conditioning, level of fitness or the timeline of the your special event. This program requires an interview and has limited spots available.
